Mudra

Devotional love as experienced by sages , has a sweetness of its own. One has to delve into the experience to know what it is like. Saints say it is a pity to have been born with the conciousness of a human ,yet wither away life without gaining this blissful experience. In this album, Gurumaaji advises a seeker to establish a connection with God not by intellect , but through a loving heart. Mudra meditation begins with a prayer which melts one's heart and lets all negativity flow away. With this pure heart one enters into an energy meditation technique using various yoga poses or 'mudras'. In every mudra we visualize energy arising from within our palms and transfer it to the important charkas in the body. If you can become aware of how you are breathing, especially when negative feelings arise in the difficult times of breakdown, stress, anxiety and if you can redirect the flow of your breath at those times, you will experience immense tranquility; you will feel more energized, balanced, and relaxed.
